How far in advance do you need for a cake order?

* Ready in 6 hours: CTB original cakes, 1/2 or full sheet cakes, cupcake cakes

* Ready in 48 hours: Custom cakes, tiered cakes

* Ready in 3-5 days: shaped cakes

* Ready in 3-4 weeks: wedding cakes (please call if you need done sooner)

Does Cake Top Bakery deliver?

Yes, we do deliver. Delivery within 10 miles are FREE. Minimum order for delivery is $15. Shipping 

* guidelines of delivery: contact info must be accurate & up to date. You will receive a confirmation email/text when your order is ready and out for delivery. You will receive a photo of the final product 24 hours prior to delivery, we will try our best to accommodate any last minute changes to decor/requests.

What is the shelf life of CTB cakes?

Dependent upon humidity and temperature levels, room temp. cakes (71-76 degrees F) - 24 hours, Fridge 3-5 days, Freezer 30 days, custards must be refrigerated at all times.

How much of a deposit is required when ordering?

$50 on orders over $100 ; $20 non-refundable on orders under $100. No deposit required on individual items.

Is it okay for someone else to pickup the cake?

Yes! MUST have proof of purchase from buyer. Orders for custom boozy cakes must be delivered/picked up person age 21+.

Can I pickup from the bakery?

Yes, please contact us.

Can an order be changed after being placed?

Depending upon when and how soon, we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.

What about cancelling my order?

Same day orders are non-refundable. All other orders will be partially refunded depending upon cancellation time.

Do you make trademarked or copyright cakes?

Yes we do. We use pre-made decor kits purchased through licensed vendors.

Chargebacks.

If you place an order, you are guaranteed a complete cake. Duely noted that if we receive a chargeback or dispute you will no longer be able to place future orders with us.

Refunds

Most orders are refundable or partially refundable.
